There are so many options for an amazing ceremony – You could have it on the terrace there at Château De Menthon, overlooking Annecy, or if you’re after a more religious setting, The Église Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption du Grand-Bornand Church in Haute-Savoie isn’t far away. Either way, both options will give you something incredible.
ACCOMMODATION
So there isn’t on site accommodation, but there are stacks of great hotels nearby for guests.
- Le Palace de Menthon – 5 Mins away and right on the lake.
- Abbaye de Talloires – 10 Mins away – Old monastery turned hotel, right on the water with a bit more character— calm, slightly more “destination” feel for guests staying a few nights.

The good thing about this place is you don’t have to go chasing photos. You can literally stay with your guests and nip out for 2 minutes when the sun hits just right.
Of course, if you want a little break, the Chateau grounds are amazing – it’s well worth a walk back to the top of the hill.
