Notley Tythe Barn Wedding Photos

The history

We were down in Aylesbury this day for the Notley Tythe Barn wedding of Robin & Naiomi, they are friends of Lisa & Gary who had a lovely Christmas wedding a couple of years ago at Dodford Manor, it was great to see them again and to see that Lisa is now expecting!!! Anyway Robin & Naiomi chose Notley Tythe Barn for their wedding, the same family have been farming here for 350 years and it has a really lovely feel to the place.

On the wedding day

The weather forecast had been dodgy all week and it had been horrible weather the day before, but as we were driving down the M40 the sun broke through the clouds and we had a gorgeous day 🙂 After we’d had a good walk round the venue in the morning, it wasn’t long until Robin arrived shortly followed by all the guests and finally Naiomi and all her bridesmaids – they had a lovely ceremony in the barn and then out into the Spring sunshine for some photos in the garden. For their couple shots we took them for a little walk round the grounds to make the most of the little paths, the ancient dovecote and the surrounding farm buildings – they were so lovely together and they looked fantastic!!

The Wedding Breakfast and Speeches

Only to soon it was time for speeches and dinner, but not before everyone had fun with some funny face beer mats – brilliant!

We wanted to say many thanks to Naiomi & Robin for being great fun on the day, their friends and family were fab too (especially Naiomi’s sisters!), here are just a few of our favourite images from the day……
