Pre-wedding photos in Madrid

As a destination wedding photographer, I LOVE Madrid and all that it has to offer for photography. Old cultural buildings, the hustle and bustle of a vibrant capital city and stacks of foodie markets. If you’re having a wedding in Madrid, I’d love to be your Madrid wedding photographer! As you can see from our about us page, I love to travel and anywhere in Europe is always on my “hell yes” list. Last year we headed to a beautiful Chateau in the south of France, and then hopped on a plane to Iceland before heading back to the Lake District for a final wedding. Travelling for weddings is what we live for, so get in touch and tell us all about your plans.

Meet Shinal & Ravi – two of the loveliest humans around. We went on a little adventure together a couple of weeks ago and ended up in Madrid for 24hours to shoot their pre-wedding photos in the city.

We had big plans….sunsets, hanging out in the street, eating and drinking outside on the terraces of local restaurants – However, the Spanish weather had other plans. It threw it down for pretty much most of the afternoon. It was cold, wet, windy…everything you don’t want on a photoshoot, but we made it work! Shinal was a superstar and totally braved the cold like a pro!! We hung out in coffee shops while the worst of the weather passed and just got to know each other a bit which is always nice before the wedding! Plus, a coffee/beer break was a welcome break every so often as we walked around the streets…we could dash inside and warm up for a few minutes and have a natter!!
