Terms and conditions:
– All photo shoots must take place at our home studio here in Derbyshire, unless otherwise agreed in advance. All photo shoots MUST take place between the 1st – 4th December 2011. Additional charges for photo shoots outside these times may apply. All orders for Christmas delivery must be placed by the 8th December.
- The copyright on the photos remains the property of HBA Photography Ltd. Any photos placed online by HBA Photography Ltd., including those on Facebook are prohibited from use by any other person. If you wish to use the images for your own purposes including for use on Facebook, Twitter and Flickr etc the “professionals 25″ photo CD must be purchased.
- No more than 12 winners per month.
- HBA Photography Ltd. Reserves the right to cancel the competition at any point, without notice.
- Photo shoots are for babies only (under 24 months old) – Family photo shoots can be arranged at an additional cost. Pleasecontact us for details.
- You must contact HBA Photography Ltd if you are the winner to arrange a suitable time and date.
- A model release form for minors must be read and signed by the parent(s) of the baby in advance of the photo session.
