So, I have been thinking… how about afternoon tea on the moors dressed in 50s finery. I like the idea of re-creating a prim and proper cafe scene, outside and under the elements with a table and table cloth, cakes, tea stands and cakes all balanced precariously on the moors. It could be on the Yorkshire Dales, perhaps Glossop way – between Sheffield and Manchester. There’s a spot called ‘surprise view’ which has (unsurprisingly) a beautiful view. Or even near Lady Bower lake. I like the idea of the contrast of the background and the foreground. In terms of clothes, I was thinking of a 1950s style dress and petticoat, with lashings of red lipstick. For Simon, a preppy look involving a bow tie, braces and possibly a tank top. Anyway, just a thought. Hope you like it Nadine
