Now your deposit has been received, and your booking confirmed, the next step is for you to sit down and choose which shots you would like on your special day.

To assist you in your choices, we have created a  ‘Must Have Wedding Shots’ form.

This is your chance to tell us everything about your wedding day and what you expect from your photographs.

All you have to do now is:

1. Select the form that relates to your package (see below)
2. Download a PDF or fill in online
3. If dowloaded, print, fill it in and return it to us at the address below:
