Park Farmhouse, Castle Donington… always brings back happy memories for me and Ben as this is where we were married just a few years ago. Lesley-ann wasn’t too keen on any preparation shots so we focused on the guys and the wedding guests instead. When Lesley-ann did alight down the spiral staircase she looked beautiful in a very unusual silver wedding dress – just gorgeous.
After a great ceremony (the registrars were so nice!) and two lovely readings one of which was very funny they were off for a glass of Pimms and then the photography at the front of the house. Round the back there is a wrought iron gate – it doesn’t look much at first glance but it makes for a lovely backdrop for some romantic ones of Lesley-ann and Matthew on their own.
A round of speeches in the Barn, then Ben swapped into saxophonist mode to entertain everyone while they were eating their buffet. For the evening’s entertainment, a fab hog roast, a Ceilidh band (Scottish dancing) and a couple of casino tables – all of which were really fun to photograph!
Lesley-ann and Matthew – we had a great day with you and your guests – I hope you enjoy your photos!
Don’t forget to leave a comment for Matthew & Lesley-ann to read in the box below. Let them know what you thought of the day, or simply pass on your best wishes to them for their future together!
