Fiona + Phil
Say hello to Fiona and Phil! A couple with a mutual love of softball, lego and all things fun!
They got married at a beautiful country house in the heart of the Derbyshire countrysite, Hargate Hall. If you’re looking for a DIY venue, that’s still full of beautiful things, then this is the one – With lots of bedrooms and the freedom to pretty much do what you want for the day, what’s not to love.
I found Fiona upstairs getting ready, in a slight panic as her hairdresser hadn’t turned up – Nightmare, right??!! Thankfully her mulit-talented makeup artist Emma stepped in to save the day and did both the hair and makeup for everyone!! Panic over and everything turned out brilliantly!
After a lovely and very fully packed ceremony, we all headed outside to enjoy the garden games, a bit of sunshine and a few photos before dinner. ‘Carve at the table’ roast beef – Yum!!
We always love it when we’re booked to stay into the evening as it gives us time for some cool photos once the light fades a little – We headed back into the house with the bridesmaids and groomsmen for a few shots and even borrowed one of the guests dogs for a quick photo!
Fiona and Phil are such a lovely couple and are obviously made for each other – Thanks for an awesome day guys!
