We did an engagement shoot for Ollie & Hayley back at the end of August and we had a fab time then – they are both very photogenic… so we knew that the wedding at none other than Belvoir Castle near Grantham was going to be a stunner! They’ve had a rough old time getting this wedding organised – the first venue they picked went bust and caused them an awful amount of stress so all credit to them that they managed to arrange this beautiful wedding. We were to do the photography, the saxophone during the meal and the disco in the evening so we made sure we arrived early to get everything set up. The whole castle is just stunning and we could have photographed for hours but we took far too many as it was! The evening included cannon fire and fireworks and finally a big red bus arrived to take everyone home! Although we needed a week off to recover from this wedding (that castle has got far too many stairs!) we had a fantastic day with Hayley & Ollie – they are just such genuinely lovely people and they obviously think the absolute world of each other.
