There are so many styles of photography out there and we try to incorporate as many as possible so you can have the perfect wedding photos from your special day! Tell us what you like from the below styles and also what you don’t like so that we can build an accurate profile of your requirements.
Formal Photography
Formal photography is becoming less and less a part of the wedding day with more people wanting a relaxed days photography, but it’s still important to get some nice formal photos of your family and friends, even if this is the only ‘formal’ part of your wedding photography. You may be a more traditional couple and want to have the main bulk of your photos in a formal style… No problem at all, just let us know!

Informal / Relaxed Photography
90% of the time we get asked to shoot in a relaxed and informal manor. A lot of bride and grooms like one or two sets of formal photos with friends and family but after that they ask us to just ‘capture the day as it happens’.

Elegant / Natural Light Photography
Every beautiful bride deserves a few photos that show off the dress and how radiant she looks in it. Photos stood in front of a window, with beams of natural light lighting up the dress can look truly stunning as can some amazing sunsets.

Reportage Photography
Reportage photography basically means to photograph like a paparazzi photographer. We often take a back seat and photograph your guests having fun, laughing and generally enjoying the day when they don’t even know they’re being photographed. They make a great contrast to the wedding album as its a big part of your day and shouldn’t be missed.

Fun Photography
Who says that your wedding photography has to be traditional or boring! You can have as much fun as you like with the day, whether its having the groomsman picking up the groom, the girls flirting with the groomsman or having all the guys playing on a child’s playground… its up to you!

Contemporary Photography
This style is becoming increasingly popular. Taking every day objects and scenarios and making a wedding photo out of them. We even cut off the heads or feet of the bride and groom in the photo to draw attention to other parts of the photo… a photographic sin from a few years a go, but if done properly can look great and a little different. Some couples even say to us that they don’t want any family photos in lines and groups, they’d rather just have a selection of fun and modern photos.

Special Effects Photography
With digital ever well and truly here, we can do almost anything with your photos if you tell us what you want. Below are a selection of the more fun photos that we’ve been asked to do over the years… How creative can you be??
