– All photo shoots must take place at our home studio here in Derbyshire, unless otherwise agreed in advance. All photo shoots MUST take place between the 7th – 15th January. Additional charges for photo shoots outside these times may apply. All booking must be made before the 23rd December.
- The copyright on the photos remains the property of HBA Photography Ltd. Any photos placed online by HBA Photography Ltd., including those on Facebook are prohibited from use by any other person. If you wish to use the images for your own purposes including for use on Facebook, Twitter and Flickr etc the “professionals 25″ photo CD must be purchased.
- No more than 12 winners.
- HBA Photography Ltd. Reserves the right to cancel the competition at any point, without notice.
- Photo shoots are for babies only (under 24 months old) – Family photo shoots can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.
- You must contact HBA Photography Ltd if you are the winner to arrange a suitable time and date.
- A model release form for minors must be read and signed by the parent(s) of the baby in advance of the photo session.
